Water Damage Service
No, our water damage service covers only the parts and labor required to restore your phone to full working condition. The water damage sensor replacement is not included.
The logic board is the only component not covered due to its high cost. If the board is beyond repair, we’ll refund your payment for the service.
Absolutely. Salt water damage can be severe, but our technicians can often save devices if we receive them quickly. Please visit your nearest Total Phone Fix location for proper assessment.
Do not power it on, as that may cause a short circuit. Bring it to Total Phone Fix as soon as possible for our water damage service. The sooner we get your device, the higher the chances of successful recovery.
It’s not recommended. While some phones may temporarily work after drying, corrosion usually develops inside—especially on the logic board—making repair more difficult. For the best chance of saving your phone, bring it to us immediately, even if it’s still wet.
Most water damage repairs take 24 to 72 hours, depending on the extent of the damage. Severe cases involving the logic board may take longer.
Since water damage is unpredictable, we cannot offer a warranty on the repaired parts or services. However, our team will always give you a clear diagnosis and cost-effective solution before proceeding.
Glass & LCD Replacement Service
Yes. If your device is unresponsive or shows no display due to a drop, our Glass & Digitizer Repair will resolve the issue. The digitizer we replace is the component responsible for all touch functionality.
Yes. Our iPhone Glass Replacement Service replaces the entire glass face, so the extent of cracking or shattering on the old screen doesn’t matter—the new glass will make it like new again.

Apple does not manufacture parts themselves—they design and engineer devices, while components are produced by trusted vendors, primarily in China, and then assembled. At Total Phone Fix, we source our replacement parts from the same type of certified vendors, built to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards.

In most cases, yes. The majority of repairs are completed within 60 minutes or less by our expert technicians. The only exceptions are water damage repairs and diagnostic services, which require additional time for accurate testing and restoration.
Walk-ins are always welcome at Total Phone Fix! However, if you prefer a guaranteed time slot, you can easily book an appointment through our Find a Store option.
Sell Your Device
We buy a wide range of smartphones and tablets, including iPhones, iPads, Samsung, Google, LG, Huawei, and more—even if they’re broken. If your device isn’t eligible for purchase, we’ll securely wipe it, recycle it responsibly, and provide you with a $10 in-store credit as a thank you.
No worries! Total Phone Fix will securely erase all your personal data before reselling or recycling your device, ensuring your privacy is fully protected.
Payments are quick and hassle-free. Once your device is sold in-store, you’ll typically receive your payment within 1–2 business days via Interac e-Transfer.
